1. Policy Overview
This policy governs cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, service termination, and account closure for services provided by Techfeo Inc (“Techfeo”, “Company”, “we”, “us”).
By purchasing or using Techfeo services, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Nature of Services
Techfeo provides subscription-based digital infrastructure services that require:
• Ongoing system monitoring
• Reserved infrastructure resources
• Active support availability
• Continuous technical maintenance
Services begin once onboarding or system setup starts.
3. Billing Model
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise agreed).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing via Stripe or other approved processors.
4. Cancellation Requests
Customers may cancel by:
• Email: support@techfeo.com
• Billing portal cancellation (if available)
Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before next billing date.
5. Effective Date of Cancellation
• Cancellation stops future billing only
• Services remain active until end of current billing cycle
• No partial month refunds unless required by law
6. Minimum Billing Protection
If service started during a billing cycle, that cycle is considered fully earned.
7. Setup / Onboarding Fees
If applicable:
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• Covers planning, configuration, labor, and system allocation
8. No Retroactive Cancellation
Cancellation does NOT reverse:
• Previous billing
• Setup work
• System configuration
• Infrastructure reservation
• Labor already performed
9. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Partial month refunds are not provided
• Refunds are issued only at Techfeo discretion or where required by law
10. Annual / Prepaid Plans
If annual or prepaid services are offered:
• Early cancellation does not guarantee prorated refund
• Administrative or early termination fees may apply
11. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
Clients agree to:
• Contact Techfeo before initiating chargeback
• Allow good-faith resolution attempt
Improper chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate service termination
• Account blacklisting
• Collection action
• Recovery of fees and legal costs
12. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
• Services may be suspended
• Late fees may apply
• Account may be terminated after non-payment period
Reactivation may require:
• Payment of outstanding balance
• Reactivation or setup fees
13. Data Retention & Export
After cancellation:
• System access may be removed
• Data retention is not guaranteed beyond standard retention window
• Client responsible for exporting data before cancellation
Techfeo may charge administrative fees for data export requests.
14. Early Termination by Techfeo
Techfeo may terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Terms violations
• Illegal activity
• Security risks
• Abuse of staff
• Misuse of systems
15. Service Reservation & Capacity Clause
Client acknowledges Techfeo reserves technical capacity, support availability, and system resources when services are active.
16. Reactivation Policy
If services are canceled or terminated:
Reactivation may require:
• New onboarding process
• New setup fees
• Updated pricing
17. Billing Dispute Procedure
Before escalation, client must:
• Submit written dispute
• Allow 15 business days for investigation
• Cooperate in resolution process
18. Force Majeure
Techfeo is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
• Vendor outages
• Internet infrastructure failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
19. Policy Updates
Techfeo may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
