1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern use of services provided by Techfeo Inc (“Techfeo”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Nature of Services

TechFeo provides subscription-based digital infrastructure support including:

• Website system setup & maintenance
• Lead capture system setup
• Booking system configuration
• Automation workflows
• Technical monitoring and maintenance

Techfeo is NOT:
• A marketing agency
• A lead generation provider
• An advertising performance provider
• A revenue or growth guarantee service

4. Services Provided “AS IS”

All services are provided:

“AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”

Techfeo disclaims all warranties including:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a specific purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance

5. No Reliance Clause

Client acknowledges that:

• They are not relying on verbal statements
• They are not relying on marketing claims
• They are not relying on future projections
• They are making independent business decisions

6. No Performance Guarantee

Techfeo does NOT guarantee:

• Revenue
• Leads
• Sales
• Rankings
• Customer acquisition
• Advertising performance

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Techfeo is NOT liable for:
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Loss of business opportunity
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages

Maximum Liability Cap

Total liability will never exceed the amount paid to Techdeo in the previous 3 months.

8. Client Indemnification 

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techfeo from claims arising from:

• Client business operations
• Client customer disputes
• Client content or marketing claims
• Legal violations by client
• Misuse of platform or tools
• Third-party integrations chosen by client

9. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Techfeo is not responsible for failures of:

• Stripe
• Calendly
• Hosting providers
• Analytics tools
• Cloud infrastructure
• Internet outages

10. Data Loss & Security Disclaimer

Client acknowledges:

• No system is 100% secure
• Data loss may occur
• Backups are best effort, not guaranteed

11. AI / Automation Disclaimer 

Client acknowledges automated systems may:

• Produce unexpected results
• Require human review
• Experience service interruptions

Techdeo is not liable for automation outcomes.

12. Payment & Chargeback Protection

Client agrees to:

• Maintain valid payment method
• Attempt resolution with Techfeo before chargeback
• Pay collection or recovery costs if chargeback is wrongful

13. Service Suspension Rights

Techfeo may suspend services for:

• Non-payment
• Security risk
• Abuse or harassment
• Illegal activity
• Violation of Terms

14. Independent Contractor & Partner Clause

Partners and representatives are independent contractors and cannot legally bind Techfeo.

15. No Agency Relationship

Nothing creates:

• Partnership
• Employment
• Joint venture
• Agency authority

16. Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration.

No jury trials.

17. Class Action Waiver

Clients waive rights to participate in:

• Class actions
• Collective lawsuits
• Representative claims

18. Dispute Notice & Cure Period

Client must provide written notice and allow 30 days to cure before filing arbitration.

19. Attorney Fee Recovery

If Techfeo prevails in dispute, client agrees to pay Techfeo legal fees and costs.

20. Force Majeure

Techfeo is not liable for failures caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Cyber attacks
• Government actions
• Infrastructure failures
• Vendor outages

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.

22. Severability

If any clause is invalid, remaining Terms remain enforceable.

23. Changes to Terms

Techfeo may update Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
